Free delivery & returns

Delivery and return are free in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, to the address of your choice.

For any other delivery location, please contact us by email: hello@atelier312.com or via the contact form. For more information, please consult the General Conditions of Sale.

Do you want to return a part?

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return it to us. Simply report the return by email to hello@atelier312.com indicating the items that will be returned and the reason.
You will receive by email within 24 hours the return form to print and complete, then include in the package, as well as a prepaid postal return label to stick on the package to be returned.
The refund will be made within 7 days maximum of receipt of your shipment, by the same means of payment as that used to pay for the order.
